Our Policies Appointments -Appointments may be scheduled in person or over the phone with a credit card to secure your time. We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for treatment. Guest who arrive past their scheduled appointment will receive services for the remainder of the scheduled time and will be expected to pay for the full service. All packages and treatments requiring two or more hours must be paid in advance with a credit card. All appointments are confirmed by telephone 48 hours in advance whenever possible unless otherwise confirmed. Failure to show for an appointment without calling will result in payment due for the full amount. In the event the appointment was made with a gift certificate the amount of that service will be deducted from the value of the gift certificate. Cancellations - A 24 hour notice is required to cancel all service appointments. A 48 hour notice is required to cancel a wellness package. Services cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice are subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee. Wellness packages cancelled with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a 100 percent cancellation fee as other clients could have been put in your place. Gift Certificates/ Cards - Gift certificates may be purchased  on-line, in person or over the phone and may be used for products or services. The receivers name and telephone number must be provided. All gift certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase unless part of a special promotion. We will gladly mail the certificate/card to whomever you choose. All gifts certificates are non-refundable however may be transferred. Payments Options:We gladly accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Spa Finders gift certificates and pay pal. There is a 25 percent service charge on all returned checks. Prices are subject to change without notice. We do not accept insurance or checks.  Tipping:  Your tips are gratefully accepted and turned over to various non-profit organizations.  We are proud supporters of the Georgia Metro Girls basketball team, Keepers of the light, Easter Seals, National Cancer Foundation and Art AIDS Africa. Comfort and Consideration: To ensure a relaxing experience for all of our quest, please refrain from using your mobile telephone. For safety reasons, small children (1 to 7 years old)  visiting the center must be closely supervised by a responsible adult. The center will not be responsible for any injuries that may be caused by an unsupervised child. Children are not allowed in treatment rooms therefore should not be brought to appointments.
